Dr. Pulley has four brothers and three sisters. He is married to Carole Clayton Pulley and has seven children. He has worked for the American Potato Company, Campbell Soup Company and has also been in the Army in the Chemical Corps. He was a chemist for many years until he decided to become a dentist. He graduated from Washington University in 1976 and has been practicing dentistry in the Saint Louis Area since then.
